Privacy policy
Effective date: [date]
marketing-ai is the in-house application of [Agency's legal name], a marketing agency ("the agency", "we"). This policy explains what data we collect in the app, how we use it and how we protect it. Contact: [e-mail], [address].
1. Who uses it
Only team members the agency invites use the app. They prepare marketing materials for our clients' brands.
2. What we collect
- Account data: when you sign in with Google, your name, e-mail address and profile picture; your language and theme; your sign-in sessions and their IP address (for security and rate limits).
- Work data: brand profiles, logos, products and their photos, briefs, strategies, market research, content plans, posts, scripts, images, videos, uploaded voice recordings, conversations with the AI agents, and an activity log of who did what.
- Public pages: websites and public Telegram channel pages the team names are read at its request. The text of a Telegram channel's posts is never stored: only what the agent makes of it is kept (a draft profile, a research).
- Telegram publishing: the name and identifier of the brand's connected Telegram channel, and links to published posts.
- Usage: the credits spent and their ledger.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. How we use it
- To run the app: to recognise you, to store and show the work data, to share it within the team.
- To prepare texts, images, videos and voiceovers with AI (see section 4).
- To publish approved content to the brand's Telegram channel.
- For security: to prevent abuse, to limit requests, to fix errors.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services the app needs to work:
- Google: Google sign-in; the Gemini API, which receives the requests and materials used to prepare texts, images, videos and voiceovers. We use the Gemini API under Google's terms for paid services: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.
- Telegram: publishing posts to the brand's channel through the agency's bot; reading public channel pages.
- Server and backups: [hosting provider], [country]; backups encrypted, at [storage service].
We may also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Work data is kept while the workspace is active.
- After a workspace is closed, or on a request to delete, the data is deleted within [30] days; backups expire by themselves after 30 days.
- The text of Telegram channels' posts is never stored.
6. Security
Connections use HTTPS; each workspace's data is open only to its members; secret keys stay on the server; backups are encrypted.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your data: [e-mail]. We answer within 30 days.
8. Children
The app is a work tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we publish it on this page with a new date.
