Terms of use

These terms govern the use of marketing-ai, an application of [Agency's legal name] ("the agency", "we"). By signing in, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

1. The app

marketing-ai is the in-house application in which the agency's team plans and produces marketing for its clients' brands: the brief, the strategy, market research, the content plan, posts, scripts, images, videos and publishing to Telegram.

2. Accounts

  • Access is by the agency's invitation only, with a Google account.
  • You are responsible for your account's security and do not share it.
  • The agency may withdraw access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for:

  • unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes others' rights (including copyright);
  • speaking for another person or organisation without their consent;
  • spam or unauthorised advertising;
  • getting around the app's security or trying to reach other workspaces' data;
  • breaking the rules of Telegram, YouTube or other platforms.

4. Content and AI

  • The materials you enter and the results prepared in the app belong to the agency and its clients, under the contract between them. We use them only to run the app.
  • Results are prepared with AI and may contain errors. A team member reviews and approves every result; nothing unapproved is published.
  • Responsibility for published content: [the agency / the client, under their contract].

5. Credits

AI services are counted in credits. The agency's administrator grants them; they cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Third-party services

The app uses Google (sign-in, the Gemini API), Telegram and, when enabled, YouTube; their own terms apply too. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

7. Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is". We may update, change or pause it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Ending access

When access is withdrawn, the data is deleted within the periods in the Privacy policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes go to [court].
